Which flashlight is better to blind temporaly two or more people at 1-3 m from you (A long range or a high lumen) or what i should iconsider is just the width of the beam? thanks

Outside in the field it did not look like anything over 2000 lumens .. I had the fenix ld 75 4200 lumens .. Mine looked stronger
