Amazon has gotten into the outdoor gear game…but is the price of the Amazon Basics 75L too good to be true for a quality pack? Joe and Mike dig down to see if the juice is worth the squeeze.

it I shopped around and ended up getting the Amazon 75L, and so far I don’t regret it I think it is a great value . I not only would recommend it, but I also did a video on it. Here is the link

I plan on taking a 2 month trip and using a backpack instead of a suitcase. Compared to normal packs, do you feel this offers enough space for something like that? Also, I will be buying my from Amazon Japan. I already have a link, but I image you get something from sales from linking in your video. Do you have a Japanese link where you can get some money off of it if I decide to purchase this bag?

Thanks Joe & Mike. Amazon’s explanation and pictures are lacking a lot of details so I appreciate the effort made.
What are the interior dimensions of the main compartment? How about for the sleeping bag compartment?
Is the sleeping bag compartment divider zippered so one can just use the whole area from top to bottom?
And, kinda odd, how small can one make this pack? I.e what is minimum height & width?

Do you think this bag would last for 5 years (or hopefully more) when used for very short ‘hikes’ with 30# – 50# load 2 to 3 times a week?
