David Crane says:

Your videos are great. Does the larger trekology pillow fit in the recon bivy?

EDC Adventures says:

Thanks for sharing Darwin. My favorite piece of gear is either my Victorinox RangerGrip 78 or Toaks 750ml pot

Lithus17 says:

I just don’t get why people use trekking poles.

mwmalecky says:

I’d really like to see a CNOC bladder with a 42mm opening so I could attach my BeFree. I love the wide opening on the CNOC, but for now I’m still pretty happy with my Hydrapak Seeker 3L and Katadyn BeFree setup.

xxgg says:

How does the Silver Ridge “LITE” compare to non “LITE” shirt? Not much of a choice of LITE up here in Canada.

Wacy Barbour says:

Anybody have thoughts on north face rain jackets full hood with chin cover?

1 Impossible Thing says:

Hi Darwin! I appreciate your channel and all of your reviews for gear. I start my hike on the PCT with my dog in July going SOBO. Can you subscribe to my channel and maybe give a little shout out for our beginning? I would appreciate it so much. Thanks for your videos. Keep making them.

Lance File says:

What filter would you recommend for screwing on to the water container

Damien Coulson says:

Way cool vids dude.

Paul Swarbrick says:

Was checking out the CNOC bottle on your recommendation, and saw they had some cool jobs advertised on their FB page. Thought it might interest yourself, or some of your viewers:

Love the videos. The frustration is that, living in the UK, it can often be hard to get my hands on this good, thru-hiking equipment, or equivalents, as most of it is only available in the US. Any suggestions, or equivalents, that yourself and viewers know about would be much appreciated. Cheers mate!

EnlightenedLotus says:

Can we get a full gearlist for your PCT hike? Im curious how much it differs from mine

Theodore Rzepski says:

I bought the croc poles and like them. Will TSA allow them as carry on?

teogo says:

PCT symbol drinking game.

Jack Flash says:

Darwin, I was a Marine Grunt in Vietnam and I have opened my pack and “shit-canned” a plastic spoon to lighten my load. You know what I mean don’t you?

Nat Chittamai says:

Love your channel. Thank you so much for sharing this!

Doug Underwood says:

Just curious, since a light pack is so liberating why NOT use the tarp and bivy combo on the PCT?

jjames05 says:

The Grayl.

JoeDoe_ Outdoors says:

Hey sweet channel ☺ Keep it up!

Big O Studios says:

I just ordered the bra stove super excited to try it out.

brayden davis says:

How do you know about the “devils backbone brewery” ! I have the same hat!

PathisNarrow says:

darwin? like charles? the guy who married his first cousin and had a mess of messed up kids?

Thomas Perkov says:

7:04 Don’t walk with your heels first. Have you ever thought of wearing a minimalist/barefoot shoe for a thru-hike? E.g. Vivobarefoot?

Stephen Robinson says:

Omg finally a video that isn’t a bunch of Kickstarter garbage.

Jack Batterson says:

I think the CNOC trekking poles broke during the PCT adventure. Has this changed your view of these trekking poles?

Stephan Bonelli says:

Mort de rire, non mais. Thanks for …

Phil Mc Racken says:

I like that tent but am 6’3″ and 250lbs. Also hike with my lady. Would i fit comfortably?

Cameron Ward says:

Have to agree 100% with the Lone Peaks 3.5. Bought a pair recently and have just finished breaking them in. Super light and comfy!

Annettec457 says:

Hi Darwin I really enjoy your videos I’m just starting out with getting all my items together, a lot of great advise. Would it be possible to go over things for women? What does your wife carry, shoes clothing. Well you get the picture. Happy trials. Annette

Jesse Thomas says:

The BRS is an awesome little stove. I liked it so much i went ahead and purchased 2 additional stoves before the price went up. The zpacks duplex is on the to buy list.
Also gonna have to check out the shoes. I purchased two pair of trail shoes and they both suck. ( In all fairness i have a red wing insoles in the shoes. Gotta have the support.)

Arthur3661 says:

You should contact Dixie on You Tube, I think you could help her, she is great.

Belle says:

The CNOC water system looks handy but wouldn’t it be great if the sack had a handle just like the Osprey water bladders? Then it would be perfect.

Bike Vids says:

A Rubio’s Catering bag works great as a water container.

David G Perfectdaycalendar says:

Your previous review of the CNOC was enough for me to buy one. You ever consider pyramid shelters? If not why? Thxs

Paul Ingold says:

Darwin, Just want to say this is the Best channel. You get straight to the point. So many YouTube vBloggers add too much fluff, try to be funny, or just drag on. Thanks for the tips.
