Plastic? Ugh…

Buttons look small. Are you wearing gloves?

Liberals are Icky says:

I bought a tougher than nails Black & Decker flashlight back in 2005 for $8 that is still shining bright.

I Am Jason Allen says:

Thanks Ben!

Pdiddy says:

Nice review Ben, for the price it’s mid range and has some cool features. I wouldn’t worry about the poly handle, it would take a lot to bust it up. I think people just like to overstate the “aircraft grade aluminium” like its a super steel. Flashlights are advancing so fast these days I am looking forward to some new and innovative materials for the bodies coming out.

Jeff Porto says:

I’d like to see if it could hold up to the freeze test.

Mr Madman1978 says:

I love flashlights!!! Knives too!

Modern Survival Sense says:

I could never quite place it… till now. I get a Bill Shatner-Captain Kirk vibe from your vids. :) Thanks for the reviews. :)

David House Sr. says:

As with many modern pistols (Glock/M&P, etc.) Poly body, metal where it counts. I’m a ‘AA’ hold out. You got my attention! I like it!

Valtaine D'Octoi says:

I don’t think plastic is an innovation (the market is full of plastic flashlights) just a step back! Aluminium is more efficient when it comes to heat dissipation and plastic becomes brittle in a cold environment. In some hot places you can’t even leave it inside a vehicle, it will soften or melt down, especially if it has metal parts that will capture the heat. I think that’s just a move to cut the production cost asking an impressive amount of money for a walmart quality light! Anyway, good review thanks for your work!

Chris K says:

I think I can resist that one.. 😉

Mr Murdoch yessss says:

That’s a helluva torch for 70 bucks.

Survival Mindset says:

Nice amount of light. But I would be nervous of the handle failing off or melting?

jonNH123 says:

Very nice light. I look forward to your next review. :-)
