I use the r20 and agree with everything you said mate. Amazing kit.
It’s great to see a retailer putting his own money where his mouth us.
Much respect!

Tim Stewart says:

Yep – I can back up that experience too. I’ve got the R30, R35, Urban, Sling, KS40, couple of harness Pocket Kubes, US5, US10 and a US20.

My R35 is an original from launch, probably about 16 years old now.
It has done more than 300k miles and more crashes that I care to admit… still perfect working order.
Bit grubby but it’s shrugged off the years better than I have.

Because it’s waterproof I use my R30 more often – actually on my 2nd R30. When some kid on Reddit was talking about getting started and buying a cheap rucksack we all advised him to not waste his money and invest in something that would be better designed for purpose and last him longer than the many cheaper bags he’d replace in that time.

He understood the advice, but he couldn’t afford it.

So I gave him my R30 and a Kube to get him started on the right stuff. If Kriega had been around when I started out I would have saved so much money and hassle. Only right to help a new rider out if I am in a position where I have a surplus of choice. So dropped it off to him, then went straight out and bought a replacement for myself.

Jules-Frederic Nerestant says:

Can you vouch for the waterproofedness of the Kube Pocket?

Amitai Efrati says:

Does a 15+ inch laptop will fit there and also wont be too loosened ?
Will the R20 will be enough?

Papa2k says:

Mines about 5 years old, still going strong.

real KHz says:

Long term?  Mine’s so old it has ‘KRUG’ on it 😉

jakeizlove says:

How has its water resistance held up?

James Armstrong says:

Got to agree with the quality of Kriega gear. What’s the jacket at 3.21? Looks good.

No Basis For Comparison says:

I love mine. 3 years now going strong.
