Great video! I like to carry a couple of pairs of nitrile disposable gloves in my EDC first aid kit, to protect myself in the event I need to help another person 🙂

Quick clot is an essential in any kit. I would always suggest Everyone should attend a basic firstaid course it gives them a basic idea of requirements
