Hypoallergenic means its least likely to create an allergic reaction, similar to the glove material. Also the safety pins are handy to help secure the sling bandage as a knot isn’t always possible.

You are obviously a young guy but clearly well educated given you are considering other nationalities way of reading direction wise. could do with a bit better lighting but otherwise great review, thanks for showing this kit, its very difficult to get an idea of size and usefulness simply from youtube pics for instance.

foil blankets are normally used for shock as most countries aren’t cold enough for hypothermia. but good vid

Can’t actually get this kit anymore, I think the closest current version is the 4WD kit. $80
