👍Review of the NATUREHIKE Aluminium Collapsible Trekking Pole. Model: NH80A016-Z

Naturehike is a fairly large Chinese company that makes a lot of camping and related gear. I believe that they make a lot for many western brands and that is how they got their company growth to get them to the point where they are now having their brand flood into the worldwide market.

The most basic outdoor activity is walking. We love to go from place to place and in the wilds we often do this by foot. The issue is that there are many places where it is much easier and safer to get there if we have just a little bit of help. With my bad knees I have needed a cane or walker for many years now and I found that I am able to hike many trails if I have two good walking sticks.

So when BangGood.com contacted me and asked if I would like to review any of the products they carry I knew right away that I wanted to review a very portable walking stick, and that is what we have here today.

If you want to buy one, please use the following links and you will not only be helping yourself to get some good equipment but you will also be helping this channel at the same time.

Harry Wright says:

Jake, good video, could you use this for emergency as an emergency defensive weapon or would it break and bend? Just thinking. thanks Harry

kidbach says:

oh and on the string to tighten the sections when pulled thru the knot keeper, I would wrap it in a piece of Gorilla tape.

doug bulldog says:

I have looked at getting a couple of these for the wife & I. with a camo poncho they make great tent poles

Jeremy Crowe says:

cool video. I love to get out and hike. I am looking at hiking poles at the moment. They sure do vary in price alot depending on materials and maker.

kidbach says:

great review, Jake. while I need a trekking pole, I’m kinda hesitant about purchasing this especially only with your video review and a written review on the site, which is not warmly written. but I admit 15% discount is pretty tempting. (strokes goatee while in deep thought)

Vitaliy Golikov says:

211 grams per pole or per both?

Lt Survival says:

On small hike one pole is quite enough but for the longuer one two might be better. Nice light alternative. When using adjustable one we recomand the arm not to bend farther then 90 degree.

Joe P says:

I learn something from your channel all the time. With my arthritis I may need something like this before too long.

Gordon Stevenson says:

Fisherman’s knot would be smaller diameter. Just a thought I’d share with you.
