I watched the zpacks duplex setup also I was really interested in American made gear that is lightweight I think that is the only thing missing in your reviews good job btw that is not criticism it’s just a nice detail to add

Thanks for the review. I use black diamond distance carbon poles. I really like them but they aren’t adjustable which may be a problem when I eventually buy a zpacks tent. These poles look like a good option. Thanks again!

Thanks for the review. My LT4s arrive today.

I have the same issue with my pair of these (https://youtu.be/qcLiV51xqv4?t=240), but apart from that these poles are just great. I had them with me all the way down from Switzerland to Spain (GR65 = Camino, 2,300km / > 1,400 miles) and they were just perfect. When you attach them to the backpack from time to time, you nearly don’t feel a difference in the weight of the pack. This summer – in the Pyrenees – one of the pole tips got loose, but I just glued it in again. Problem solved.

Tom Henderson says:

Likely the triplex in camo. My wife and I backpack together and it would give a bit more room for gear. The triplex is still quite a bit lighter than the 2 person MSR Hubba Hubba nx we have now. How do you like your zpacks duplex?
